Land Clearing is more than just cutting down or knocking out trees that are unfriendly or in the way.
Parking out raises just the canopy of taller trees and cutting down of smaller underbrush to create a park-like area.

Drainage around homes or land can be established through land clearing, and Cuts can create a terraced or tiered effect to your property.
To remove unwanted trees, you can "go green" and have them chipped into a mulch that can be used for gardening or cover or simply have it burned onsite.
